Aaron Rodgers has completed the next step of his potential comeback to the Jets in 2023 by returning to practice. HOWEVER do you think he should play again this season? If so under what circumstances? Playoff possibility? Or even if they are out of it?
He hasn’t played with the team since September. IF by some miracle, they made the playoffs, and put in place a working offense, then maybe. But, to put him behind that o line, with the current state of our offense, it seems irresponsible to pop him back in.
You’re probably right, it would be wildly irresponsible. However he seems to have such a conviction about it that I almost feel like it’s inevitably going to happen whether we want it to or not. So might as well enjoy seeing a splash of Rodgers? Beats Boyle/Siemian/Wilson I guess
